Refund Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

Physical products

We ship physical products free of charge, within the United States only. Orders shipped to a California address include 7.25% California sales tax on physical products. AstroCoins are not taxed and can be bought from anywhere.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@astrovey.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

You may return other items within 30 days of delivery if they are unopened and unused. Because these are skin and bath products, opened items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. You pay the return shipping on these returns.

Refunds, including any sales tax you paid on the item, go back to your original payment method once we receive the return. Your bank may take several more days to show it.

AstroCoins

AstroCoins have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.

A coin pack can be refunded within 30 days of purchase only if none of its coins have been used, and only as a whole pack. For example, once you have used 1 coin from a 10 coin pack, that pack can no longer be returned. When a pack is refunded, its coins are removed from your balance.

Free coins cannot be refunded.

Orders paid partly with coins

If an order you paid for partly with coins is refunded, your card is refunded for the amount charged, and the coins you used are returned to your balance in proportion to the refund.

Expanded readings

An expanded reading costs 1 AstroCoin and is delivered immediately, so it cannot be refunded once delivered. If a reading fails to generate, your coin is returned automatically. Readings are for entertainment only, and we do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.

Unpaid or cancelled checkouts

If you cancel or do not finish a checkout, you are not charged, and any coins you applied are returned to your balance.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
