Privacy Policy

This policy explains what TOD ("Astrovey", "we") collects when you use astrovey.com, and how it is used.
What we collect
Account and order details. Your email address, a securely hashed password if you set one, your AstroCoin balance and history, what you ordered, and your shipping address for physical orders.
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
Your readings. The date you enter, your Astro Vibration result, anything you type about what you see in the stars, and the expanded reading created for you. We also store the IP address used to create a reading.
Free coin requests. Your email address and when you requested and claimed free coins. We use this to limit free coins to one claim per email and to see whether claims lead to purchases.
Cookies and browser storage. See "Cookies" below.
How we use it
- To provide readings, process orders, ship products and manage your account and AstroCoins.
- To send emails you need, such as order confirmations, sign-in links and password resets.
- To send marketing emails about Astrovey, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To prevent abuse and fraud.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the site:

Please do not include sensitive personal information in what you type for a reading. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your cart is saved in your own browser and is not sent to us until you check out.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, reading and order information indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices and rights
To stop marketing emails, or to ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, email info@astrovey.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Astrovey is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed and connections are encrypted, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date.
